Privacy policy
Effective date: October 25, 2026
This policy explains what information Rest & Rise ("we") collects at restandrisesleep.com and through our emails, how we use it, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you sign up for our guide or emails.
- Your quiz result (for example, "Night Heat"), so the emails you get match your result. Individual quiz answers stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
- Basic technical data, such as pages visited, approximate location by country, browser, and device type, collected by our hosting and email providers to run and secure the service.
- Email engagement, such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked.
We don't ask for your name, health records, or payment details. Purchases happen on the seller's website, under the seller's own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To send you the guide and the emails you signed up for
- To match our emails to your quiz result
- To understand which pages and emails are useful, and improve them
- To keep the site secure and to comply with the law
Who we share it with
We share personal information with third parties for marketing, fulfillment, and operating this service, specifically:
- Brevo, which stores our email list and sends our emails
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and handles email routing
- Affiliate networks and sellers (such as ClickBank), which receive a click identifier when you follow a product link, so they can track a referral. They do not receive your email address from us.
We don't sell your email address or rent our list. We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising cookies. Sellers you visit through our links may set their own cookies to track referrals. Our email provider uses tracking pixels and links to measure opens and clicks. We don't respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there is no common standard for them, but you can block cookies in your browser at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom.
- Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@restandrisesleep.com. We reply within 30 days.
- California residents can request to know what we've collected and ask us to delete it, using the same address.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and quiz result while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep only what we need to make sure we don't email you again.
Children
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Significant changes will be announced by email.
